Hi KL, we're happy to let you know that King Arthur does not use any GMO wheat in our flour, nor any GMO ingredients in any products we sell. King Arthur has partnered with the Breadlab to support their innovation in how wheat is developed, produced, and ultimately used by bakers both professionally and at home. They do not genetically modify wheat. 

Mills use a centrifuge on wheat to extract anything left from the fields, and warehouses also have strict pest control protocols in place. Please let us know if you have any additional questions!
