Hi Penny, thanks for your question! We know that bakers rely on the superior consistency of our flours for all of their baking. As we make the transition to regeneratively grown grain, there is no plan to eliminate our community's favorite products such as All Purpose and Measure for Measure flour. The Climate Blend is a specific whole grain flour that is made from a blend of different types of wheat. We are excited for this product to find its space in bakers' kitchens, but we certainly don't expect it to replace the staples.
