Will you be making any Climate Blend All-purpose flour? How about your Gluten Free measure for measure flour? I read in an earlier article that you will be switching all of your flours to Climate Blend by 2030. Most of my baking is with your all-purpose or Gluten Free measure for measure flours and I don't want to switch.
