Yes I love McDowell’s Book on Pie, and her insights here. It’s a reference material for sure.

That being said, is that maybe an artistic rendering or her at the top of the article? It’s just that it really doesn’t look like her, and I think she’s comfortable putting her face out there in her social media and printed publications, it’s okay to represent her accurately.
