My “ZO” Virtuoso arrived yesterday. Delivery was swift and with care. After a basic familiarization with the machine and the instruction manual I proceeded this morning with my first bake. Chose Course 1 using the recipe on page 6 of the Recipe Book. Couldn’t resist the Italian Herb Bread as my first attempt. There are a couple of basic reasons I chose the Zojirushi bread machine as my first big investment into the bread making world. 1) Noted that it has very good kneading skills. 2) If I should stumble at learning to make bread I’ll have a machine that can do it for me…. lol Love learning new skills in my retirement and excited about becoming part of the bread making group here at KABC! Getting very fond of these folks and all the ways they have of sharing their outstanding knowledge.

P.S. While surfing the KABC website ran upon the follow blog entry. “You know one way to use a bread machine. Here's even more.” Plan on some scull session time studying this blog.
