I use my Zo to toast nuts. I use the jam setting. Put my nuts in and let it do its thing. It is so much easier than doing it in a pan or the oven because #1, it won’t burn and #2, the paddles do the stirring for the most part. I do stir a bit myself during the process. I love doing the nuts this way.
