My dad was a master at kneading. His finished dough was the definition of perfection. Once I started baking, I came to understand that I am a complete failure at kneading. I received my Zojirushi bread machine as a Christmas gift last year. The Zojirushi now does all my kneading for me, then i remove the dough and finish it. Knowing my limitations, and finding a tool that gets me over that hurdle has allowed me to try things that I never would have tried - and with some success too.
