Hi Cindy, generally you'll want to use a recipe that doesn't have any baking powder or baking soda in it when you're trying to produce a crisp image in a mold or with a cookie stamp. Our Brown Butter Stamp Cookies should work well, as would most shortbread cookie recipes. You might also consider one of our springerle cookie recipes.
