Lynn October 8, 2023 at 9:07pm I almost never get the butter set out in time to soften it per recipe requirements. I have a very small saucepan (about 2 cup size) and slice the butter into this. Then, heat on low temp until I think it's ready to use for creaming with sugar. Reply
