I love to make cookies and I enjoyed this post. Another really helpful blog post is P J Hamel's "A Simple Way to Shape Cookies". I often use her technique with the added step of giving each cube a quick turn in my hands to round the cubes into balls for greater consistency in the shape of the baked cookies. Using her cubing technique is fast and gives consistently shaped and sized cookies.
