Hi Grace, we do have a few recipes that specifically call for the Dried Whole Milk, including these great No Bake Energy Bites and this delicious cake recipe. I also often use it to replace milk in recipes by substituting 1 cup of water and adding 1/4 cup Dried Whole Milk to the dry ingredients. This milk is non-instant so won't reconstitute easily in cold liquid, but you can certainly substitute it in place of our Baker's Special Dry Milk in your bread baking.
