Hi Darren! Thanks for reaching out. Your starter should be just fine. Many bakers choose to stir the liquid back in as the alcohol can potentially enhance the flavor. If there was a lot of liquid, you may notice that your starter's consistency is a bit thinner than usual due to that extra moisture. If that's the case, you can simply add a touch more flour to your feedings to bring that usual consistency back if needed. Happy Baking!
