I have a relatively new Samsung electric stove. One of the features is a bread proofing setting on the oven. I put a thermometer in the oven and set it to proofing and the temperature went up slightly above 100 F (but below 110F). Note that I did not put anything else in the oven for this measurement. Does this seem too hot?
