I just got the Breville. I never had a toaster oven before. I would love to know how you bake bread in the oven. I am using right now a dutch oven in my regular oven to bake my sourdough bread with lid on and two ice cubes in the pot for 20 min, then 20 min without lid. I am wondering how I could adjust that. And what vessel I should use. It would be so lovely if you wrote some recipes to get Breville oven newbies started
