I’ve been exploring Breville ovens for a while. Currently we have another brand that flips up when not in use, which I thought was the most important feature at the time. After using it, the issue for me is that the vertical measurement of what you can bake is limited. I’m sure a cupcake would be touching the top heating elements. Can you really bake bread in one of the Breville models? Thanks.
