Hi, I made a chocolate cookie crumb crust with those sandwich cookies instead because the famous cookie was discontinued.. I cut back on the sugar in the recipe and added the melted butter. The crust turned out great! Now I will make my own since I have the recipe from King Arthur’s Baking Co,
