So sad to hear of the discontinuation of this cookie! I've already tried pivoting to that famous chocolate sandwich cookie, and I have to say that scraping out all that filling is NOT fun. So my question is this - I usually used the wafer as the main ingredient in a cookie crumb crust, meaning I would whiz it in the food processor with butter and press it into the bottom of a pan. Would it be possible to bake this recipe as one big rolled out sheet, or strips, or similar? I wouldn't want to spend all that time cutting out neat little wafers, only to blitz them to smithereens in my Cuisinart! Thank you.
