I have a question that's nagged at me for years - I have a pizza stone and it's fine for things like frozen pizzas & I see the advantage of popping the pizza onto the pre-heated stone. But how do you do this with fresh pizza? When I make pizza I make my crust on a cold cast iron pizza pan, top it and put it in the oven. I don't know how to, for example, build a pizza on parchment paper and then get it to slide onto the preheated stone. Any tips?
