Hi Loanna, this isn't something we've tried, but because the fat content in this product is considerably lower than heavy cream, I suspect the cake won't be as tender, moist and light with this substitution. That being said, the recipe should still work, although the baking time may be different. Check at the time recommended and reset the timer from there.
