Yup. What he said. Great with butter just out of the fridge, and whizz it all before it has a chance to melt. Only disadvantage compared to using my Kenwood K mixer is my food processor has much smaller bowl, and with a nice big stainless mixer bowl I can bring everything together and teach it manners before I let out on the table.
