Hi Ann! Using our Gluten Free Measure for Measure in a pie crust recipe will yield wonderful results! Here's a great recipe if you are looking for one: Gluten Free Classic Double Pie Crust Using the stand mixer method will be just fine for this flour as well. Happy Baking!
