I need help with my piecrust. When I lived in the midwest I made beautiful lies. But since moving to the high desert in California, they are a disaster. The dough never co es out moist enough Iguassu because we normally have close to zero percent humidity. I've added more water, but it still won't cooperate d. How much water is too much?
