This cake sounds fantastic and I’m thinking of making it for Easter brunch. What would you recommend for making it ahead? Can it be made a few days ahead and put in the freezer? Glazed or unglazed? Or would it be better to make the day before — will it stay fresh enough wrapped up overnight? Thanks so much!
