Hi Dottie, yes, Martin did, indeed, cook the salmon skewers in his Ooni! He hasn't (yet) revealed his exact directions for baking focaccia in the Ooni, but baking our Small Batch Focaccia recipe in a loaf pan should be fairly straightforward if you're able to maintain the baking temperature in your gas fired Ooni at around 450°F or a little hotter for the duration of the bake.
