What, wait………did you really cook the salmon skewers in the ooni??? Also, on your focaccia recipe, what ooni temp & how long? Just purchased an ooni 16 Koda (with converter for natural gas, we’re in our 70s & didn’t want to deal with propane or wood hauling) & there is definitely a learning curve compared to our old propane Pizzacraft. So happy your 00 flour is sold at our local grocery store.
