I've thought about buying one of these for a while now. I am so glad for the honest comments about the difficulty in using it. Richard S's comment that there is a steep learning curve was especially welcome. It helps set expectations. Maybe there could be a follow-up post focused on tips for use, similar to the posts KAB does on making pie crusts, bread, etc. Sounds like a lot of people could benefit from hearing what KAB knows about using the Ooni.
