We have had this oven for over a year and my husband is great on a grill. We have a blackstone also so we know how to cook with this. I also have a stone for my oven so I’m not new to this concept but I struggle with this oven. Just can’t get pizza right. Not sure what we are doing wrong. The top is done before the crust. Everytime. We have turned it down, cooked the crust partially before the toppings go on I mean what more can you do for pizza. As far as steaks they are ok but it’s very messy and it’s easier on the blackstone or the grill. Maybe it’s us. Any tips
