I know this is about salt but I'm in the middle of making a yeast dough and accidentally added 1/2 cup sugar instead of the 2 Tbsp it called for. (I was reading from the filling ingredient list instead of the dough!) It didn't rise much after nearly an hour so I added more instant yeast and I'm hoping I can save it!
