Does stabilized whipped cream freeze better than whipped cream that hasn't been stabilized? I haven't tried either but I've read that one can freeze whipped cream. It seems logical to me that stabilized would hold up better. I haven't tried either but have some whooping cream to use up and thought I'd try freezing it.
