Unfortunately the Instant Clear Gel is manufactured on equipment that is also used for several of the top 9 food allergens, making it unsafe for many people. It's incredibly frustrating that so many King Arthur products that do not actually contain allergens like nuts are made on the same lines as nut products, so they're unsafe for people with those allergies.
