NPR this morning had a short piece on "approachable whole wheat flour." The scientists who developed it referenced King Arthur as a company that sells it. Is your "100% whole wheat flour" the "approachable wheat flour" identified in the NPR piece or is there another type? This flour sounds pretty good!
