Hi Gary, our Gluten Free Sandwich Bread calls for our Gluten Free All Purpose flour. The Gluten Free 1:1 flour will not work well in it's place. The dough should be somewhat pourable. Yes, warm milk should be between 90F-100F. Hope this helps!
