Hi Maureen, we have other gluten-free yeast bread recipes that call for either our Gluten-Free Measure for Measure Flour or our Gluten-Free All-Purpose Flour and xanthan gum. These recipes are more suitable for those who are allergic to wheat. Be sure to use the type of flour recommended in the recipe.
