I just made the gf artesian bread for the first time. When it was time to knead, the dough was still very sticky and hard to handle, I managed to get it into a brotform but it is a very funky looking loaf of bread. Should I have waited a bit longer to knead or reduce the water a bit? I am looking forward to working with your flour and trying more recipes but want to solve this one before trying something else. I have been a bread baker my entire life until I became a gluten intolerant. Thank you for your help.
