Hi BarbyJ. Our Gluten Free Bread Flour is marked with a “Gluten-Free” badge on the packaging which is our guarantee to you that our products meet FDA guidelines. This means they test to less than 20ppm gluten. Gluten-free wheat starch has been found to be well tolerated by most people affected by Celiac Disease and those with a gluten intolerance or sensitivity.  This highly purified wheat starch is processed in a way that removes the gluten, and it goes through extra testing for the presence of gluten before it is used in this product. We would suggest having a conversation with a medical professional or nutritionist in regards to if a product is a good fit for any diet. We also recommend that customers who have a wheat allergy avoid this product and try any of our other wheat-free products in our gluten-free product line. Hope this helps!
