I made the Strawberry Cheesecake Cupcakes - a LOT of work! Ever consider doing the cake as a sheet cake; cutting it in half horizontally and filling it with cheesecale filling toppred with strawberrty reductuion - or mixing some strawberry reduction with cheesecake mixture first then fillling? And using remaining whipped cream/cream cheese for (decorative) topping?

No morecupcakes for me - too time consuming - will try sheet cake
