What a fun idea to add toasted powdered milk for baking. It makes me think of savory roux for gravy or gumbo where the flour is browned at the start. Since roux normally adds milk or butter, it would seem that adding toasted powdered milk to the toasted flour would amp the flavor. Any thoughts?
