Wow! I hadn't heard of toasting powdered milk before. Cool! I'm curious how you'd use it in the linked Tres Leches Cake recipe. Would you incorporate the toasted milk into the topping/soak, or would that make it too thick to properly soak into the cake? Adding it directly to the cake? How much would you use? Any additional advice would be great!
