I have struggled for years in making pie crust. I always get that upside down feeling in my stomach every Thanksgiving in trying to make a crust that is tasty, flaky and doesn't shrink in the oven. My MIL swears by Crisco, but I can't/won't bring myself to use it and refuse to eat her crust because of it! ๐Ÿ˜ I think I have a tendency to overwork the dough because I use all butter. Even press in the pan crust don't always come out right. ๐Ÿ™„ I heard if you use a little vinegar, it helps with the gluten problem. Is there a recipe you have for this and perhaps a video would be helpful, too! I really, really want to get this right this year! Thanks in advance for your help! ๐Ÿ˜Š
