Hi,
What exactly do you mean by "be cautious of extreme temperature changes?" How do I exercise caution? Do you mean that after chilling the crust in the glass pie pan, I should let it sit at room temperature for a few minutes before putting it in the oven? If so, how long? My pie pans are Pyrex. Thank you!
