Hi Elaine! We are sorry to hear of the shrinking crust. That could be caused by a number of things such as how much the dough is being mixed and handled, the type of flour being used, hydration, etc. This would be a great opportunity to give us a call on the Baker's Hotline at 855-371-BAKE (2253).
