Hi NancyB, the easiest way to accomplish this would probably be to make a half recipe, although that would require a 12" pizza pan. To reduce the recipe to make one 10" round pizza, you could multiply the weight of each ingredient by .35. This would look like this: 105g KA Unbleached All-Purpose Flour, 1/2 teaspoon granulated sugar, 1/4 teaspoon instant yeast, 7g butter, 6g olive oil, 60g ice cold water, and about 1/3 teaspoon salt. Mixing time is likely to be a bit shorter in the food processor with the smaller amount of dough. You can use the same multiplication factor to reduce the sauce and toppings portion of the recipe, or make a full batch of sauce and save some for the next time you want to make this recipe.
