Sounds great, about to make the dough. I see it needs a day or two in the fridge first so it needs a little planning ahead, which I'm not always good at. Can the second ball of dough be frozen and if so at what stage? I usually spray the inside of a ziploc freezer bag with a little olive oil to freeze dough for future use. Thanks!
