Hi John, you're correct in thinking that this pizza might not be the best choice for baking in your Ooni or Breville on high heat, but if you're able to reduce the baking temperature to 500˚F to 550°F and bake it in a pan, as directed, it should work fine. Baking time may be a bit faster, so check early.
