Hi Anthony, Self-Rising Flour is a lower protein flour that has added baking powder and salt in it. It's not really meant for yeast bread baking because of the lower protein content, nor does it contain added yeast. We have lots of great recipes calling for Self-Rising flour that you might enjoy, including a few quick bread recipes.
