I completely agree! It is hard to find recipes that are gluten free and tested to a T. I would LOVE a KA Gluten Free Cookbook! All the recpies I find use a variety of different flours, and finding one that uses the flour I have or brands I have access to, such as KA, can be hard to find. With how common it is becoming that so many people are intolerant to Gluten, Wheat, or becoming Celiac, this would be a fantastic idea and my house would purchase at least 4 of these cook books as gifts, as my family has several people that are intolerant of gluten or celiac.
