Hi Cynthia, we don't recommend substituting our Gluten-Free Measure for Measure flour into regular bread or pizza recipes that contain yeast. This is because so much of the structure and rise of this type of baked good depends on the gluten that wheat flour provides, and the Measure for Measure flour won't perform the same way. However, we do have some yeast bread recipes that call for our Measure for Measure flour. And our new Gluten-Free Pizza Flour, might be just what you're looking for when it comes to making great gluten-free pizza. Check out this recipe. Note that this new flour contains gluten-free wheat starch; while it is perfectly suitable for those following a gluten-free diet, it is not recommended for those who are allergic to wheat.
