I am making pumpkin quick bread, using 1 C sourdough rye discard to substitute for 1 C of the (3.5 C) all purpose flour. Should I use your Gluten Free Measure for Measure Flour or Gluten Free All Purpose Flour, with the sourdough rye discard in my recipe? #
