Hi Danielle, because the gluten-free wheat starch contained in our new Gluten-Free Bread Flour and Gluten-Free 00-Pizza Flour is tested to below the FDA standard for gluten-free foods, these products should be safe for those who have Celiac Disease or other gluten-related health issues. However, we do not recommend these products for those who are allergic to wheat.
