Hi there, for this type of recipe your best bet is likely to be to find a recipe that has been written to be gluten-free and use the type of gluten-free flour called for. We don't happen to have a gluten-free steamed bun recipe (yet), but I did find this one elsewhere online. If you wanted to try to convert a regular steam bun recipe, your best bet would likely be our Gluten-Free Bread Flour (using the recommended tweaks suggested in this blog post).
